While the Returning Citizens Union is in the process of establishing its own 501(c)(4) nonprofit status, Current donations will go through our partner organization, Returning Citizens Support Group, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your contribution will help fund the mission of the Returning Citizens Union, including programs focused on reentry support, education, and advocacy for returning citizens.

Please note: Donations made at this time will be processed through Returning Citizens Support Group and used exclusively for activities that comply with the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. These funds will not be used for political campaigning or lobbying. Once the Returning Citizens Union is officially established as a 501(c)(4), future donations will be processed through the Union itself, ensuring full transparency and compliance.
